This week's question is: What is the BIGGEST word you’ve seen used in a book lately – that made you stop and look it up? Might as well leave the definition & book too.

MY ANSWER: I honestly can't remember. It's been awhile since I saw a word that has made me pause and it look it up. I think all the years of reading has helped strengthen my vocab.

  1. I'm in total agreement sometimes I can figure out what the word means by the sentence it's in, thanks for stopping by.

  8. That's a good point. Book bloggers and writers probably have stronger vocabularies than lay readers, so we look up words less. Thanks for stopping by my blog. Old Follower!

  9. That's awesome! I stumble on words quite a bit, but by reading the rest of the sentence I can usually figure out what it means. :)

  13. Not one word Jessica?! LOL It looks like all that reading has us book readers putting our dictionaries away. Here's my FF - food related, not the biggest word but new term. And it is not something I would try (I'm not that adventurous).

    Happy FF! Old follower :)
