Teaser & Top Ten Tuesday

Here are the rules:
1. Grab your current read
2. Open to a page
3. Pick out 2 lines that are SPOILER FREE
4. Name the title, author, etc.

I couldn't decide between these two teasers, so I went with both! The first made me lol just because it's so random and funny, and pretty guy like! The second of course is awesome because it involves meeting authors! Who wouldn't react that way! Minus a particular something!

"That's right, there's free beer in Irish paradise. Everyone's jealous." p 46

"I went to San Diego Comic-Con a few years back and met one of my favorite authors, and he made me squee involuntarily. I also did a tiny dance and I might have peed a little bit when he shook my hand." p 87

  3. I am very curious to know who is speaking in the second teaser. Though I will admit I have felt similar feelings (without the pee). Please come see my teasers for Dare You To by Katie McGarry and The Spanish Revenge by Allan Topol. Happy reading!

  7. I read Between the Lines early this year because I thought it sounded really cool! But I thought it was written at a quite young reading level and there were parts that seemed too unrealistic for fiction, if that makes sense. Maybe I would have enjoyed it if I were in 6th grade or so. It was a cute idea. I haven't heard of many of the others on you list though! My TTT list if you'd like to check it out :) --> http://hollysreadinghollow.blogspot.com/2013/05/top-ten-tuesday-3.html

  10. I wasn't sure if I wanted to read the Hounded series, but I like the sound of his writing. I really can't pass up anything with the word Squee in it.
