This week's question is: What do you do with your books after you’re done reading them?

MY ANSWER: I simply shelve them! 99% of the time I enjoy them and want to keep them. These days I rarely re-read books since I have too many of them to read, so they go on the shelf. It's fun because every book on the shelf means another book read!

  1. Yep, I think on the shelf will be a popular answer, either that or tucked away on the e-reader. :) Thanks for stopping by!

  10. I usually shelve mine, too. Even if I didn't enjoy them at the time, I have picked up a few books to try to reread again later down the road.

  11. The only books I've managed to re-read lately are series books. I do have a couple that I plan on re-reading, but my review list is so long. :(

  16. I agree Jessica! My physical books I usually put back on my bookshelf! I don't own a whole lot right now so if I get some I don't care to keep I may donate to the library.

  19. I wish that were true of me. Most of the books on my shelf--I'd say 2/3-3/4--I haven't read yet. But I really need to so I can point to a shelf and say, "I've read all those." :D have a great weekend!

  25. It is so hard to find time to re-read books (especially with my TBR pile reaching epic proportions!), but I still love to keep them. Like you said; every book on the shelf means another book read and it just makes me feel such a sense of accomplishment. Plus, you know, the covers are all so preeeeetty!

  29. I keep most of mine too but don't feel like I HAVE to, like when I was younger I was "collecting" books and kept everything. Now I give some away sometimes, but still keep the faves. :)

  37. I love re-reading my books even though I have so many. For me, re-reading a beloved favorite is just as fun as reading a new book. Jane Eyre's cover is considering crumbling to dust.
