Mini Review--Stone Embrace by Danielle Monsch

In the New Realms, love can be the most dangerous battle of all...

Terak has fought all enemies to claim Larissa. It doesn't matter his own Clan looks upon the union with misgivings. It doesn't matter her family see a monster when they see him.

It doesn't matter, because Larissa is his.

And any who would try to take her away? They'll see what a Gargoyle will do to protect his mate.

*****

NOTE: Stone Embrace is not a complete story. It would best be described as an extended 30 page epilogue to the novel Stone Guardian. You'll probably have the most enjoyment reading this story if you have read Stone Guardian and already know the characters and world of the Entwined Realms series.

I received this e-short from the publisher via Netgalley in exchange for an honest review, I was in no way compensated for this review.

Wow! That was a really quick read! Stone Embrace is what what Danielle Monsch calls "an extended epilogue" for Stone Guardian. So really, you want to read Stone Guardian before reading this one, unless you just want a really short, hot story then by all means read this one!

This was really, super duper short! Just a few pages, 30, according to Danielle. And it's basically just seeing what Terak and Larissa are up to after the end of the first book. Meet the family, have some conflict thrown in for good measure, and yes, a really hot scene between Larissa and Terak!

I won't get into the details, but let's just say, wow! Because, wow, is the perfect word to describe that! Terak shows us his...other side to himself and we can also say is resolves all mini conflicts!

A very nice epilogue kind of read for those who were wanting more romantic scenes in Stone Guardian, which is what led Danielle to write this one!

Overall Rating 4/5 stars
