This week's question is: What are some of your favorite picture books--either current ones or ones from your childhood.

MY ANSWER: Oh major tough one! I don't remember reading many picture books--and when we say picture books, I think of the ones without words!

But for this one I might just make it books with pictures AND words because that's just what I read!

The Berenstain Bears were a big fave of mine! I remember owning a LOT! I still have them too in the box o' children books I haven't been able to get rid of yet!

The Rainbow Fish & The Giving Tree were other beloved classics that I enjoyed! Although, I don't think I ever owned The Giving Tree, but Shel Sliverstein was a favorite childhood author regardless!

Strega Nona--you won't believe how long it took me to get the spelling right--was another favorite! Strangely enough it involves a witch! But I already knew my love of paranormal reads stemmed from fairy tales and in a twisted way this one is fairy tale like since it involved a witch!
