Stacking the Shelves--2 Week Edition

This weekly meme is hosted by Tynga's Reviews.

Stacking The Shelves is all about the books we are adding to our shelves each week, sharing with you our excitement for our newest titles and maybe have you discover a new book in the process!

It was another amazing two weeks!! I got some awesome books and I look forward to reading them all!

Here's what I bought:

Soundless by Richelle Mead--SIGNED!! Sadly it was signed on the "added" page versus the title page. I thought that by ordering it from her bookstore I might avoid such scenario, but no dice. Oh well! It also came with the sneak peek of The Glittering Court! It was also signed too!

Winter by Marissa Meyer--SIGNED! Got up SUPER early and formed the line for Marissa's 11am signing at 6:45, at 7 I was joined by one other for her line! But I waited those 15 minutes with other peeps forming other author lines! :)

Be sure to check out my giveaway for a signed copy as well!

Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them
Qudditch Through the Ages
Tales of Beedle the Bard

Oddly enough I didn't have these, but thought I best get them for Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them to be prepared for the movie! Though I do think I have a first copy of Tales of Beedle the Bard, or my sister did, so we might have it still!

Dangerous Lies by Becca Fitzpatrick--keeper copy! And I LOVE how the raindrops are raised on the cover! It's so bumpy/texture like!

Straw King by Danielle Paige

My Book Outlet Order:
Dream a Little Dream by Kerstin Gier--again, I want to read her first trilogy as well, but it was another hardcover sale that couldn't be passed up!
Nil Unlocked by Lynne Matson--need to read the first one too, but you can't pass up a sale on the hardcover!
Reflected by Rhiannon Held--still need to start this series, but at least I will have 3 of the books to binge!

For review from the publisher I got:

Night Study by Maria V. Snyder (ARC)

THANK YOU MIRA Ink & Netgalley!!

PREORDER SWAG for WINTER!

I got my gloves and I got my tattoos! The tattoos were a little bent, but I don't really plan on wearing them. Just hoarding them in my swag collection! LOL!

THANKS Feiwel & Friends for the promo!

  1. That's a great haul, Jessica! I had no idea ordered books that are signed could be signed elsewhere than on the title page... Now I'm curious about the signed books I've ordered lately.
I hope you'll enjoy all your new books.
Have a wonderful week ahead and happy reading.

  6. I <3 getting signed books. I have a couple boxes of them sitting in my living room waiting for a bookshelf to materialize or for room to magically appear on my other shelves. The life of a book hoarder. Sigh.

  12. Great Swag and nice books. I just hopped over the NetGalley to get Night Study.
I meant to start the Lunar Chronicles this year but it didn't happen.
Maybe I'll buy a couple more in the series so they will be ready for next year. :-)
