Stacking the Shelves

Stacking The Shelves is all about sharing the books you are adding to your shelves, may it be physical or virtual. This means you can include books you buy in physical store or online, books you borrow from friends or the library, review books, gifts and of course ebooks! The meme is now hosted by Tynga's Reviews and Reading Reality.

Surprisingly...I didn't get any new books this week. No keeper copies either! Totally weird! LOL! But I didn't come out entirely empty-handed as I did get acquire some bookish goodies which I will share instead!

First up are some of the goodies I bought over the Labor Day Weekend Sale on Etsy from a variety of shops! I can't help but love a sale! LOL!

Here is my Beauty and the Beast stained glass window from Book Bubbie!

These two book sleeves featuring sugar skulls and a starry night sky (which had me thinking of the Night Court moreso than the one that was actually called Night Court or something like that! Lol) from Fandom Sleeves!

Then these I also bought off of Etsy that was somewhat bookish since they are made by one of my favorite authors, Jenna Black! Her shop, JennaBlackZen, had a half off sale!! So I went a wee bit crazy!

I bought a pretty purple one that has a squiggly, flower like design, this teardrop one that has a feather look to it, and of course the tree!

That was my Etsy haul! Then I also bought a bookish t-shirt...but for some reason also received a second shirt I didn't order. My guess is they sent it out first by mistake, then sent me the one I actually ordered. Not really sure what happened, but at least I was only charged for the one I ordered. And the "wrong" one is still in the size I would've ordered. So it was BOGO!

So I really only ordered the one on the left because obviously! But the second one is still pretty funny too! And as always, I bought these from Shirt.Woot!

Then when I was at the Leigh Bardugo signing on Friday night, I preordered The Language of Thorns from the bookseller and scored these goodies:

And finally, I was at TJ-Maxx yesterday and saw a totally cool Jansport backpack. I still have my old one that I used for a waaaayyyyyy long time and it was actually starting to fall a part a little bit on the inside. Some weird flaky stuff was falling down onto my books. I still use my backpack when I go to the BIG signings at conventions and things. So I definitely got my money out of THAT bag! And I was considering buying a new one when I saw them all out at the Back to School sales. But couldn't commit to it just yet. But when I saw this one for $25 and the pattern was just too cool to pass up!

It's decorated in skeletons and sugar skulls and other Day of the Dead related items! Since it's so wonderfully decorated I will have to forgo adding my pins that have been on my bag since...forever! Lol! But I figured this one is just perfect for signings! Now if I can only manage to throw away my old one. I've just had it for soooo long and despite the crap that's falling off the shellac or whatever coating is on the inside, it's still in relatively good condition. But I hate finding those pieces of glue or whatever on top of my books when I tried using it!

And that was my bookish haul of goodies sans books! LOL! What did you all get?
