I think because I like pretty prose in retellings/folklore/mythology.

I agree that there REALLY needed to be a glossary in the e-ARC. I PRAY that it's there for the hardcover!Amber Elisehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00671652212967695538noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5625112725976763704.post-61413241795645158302016-04-18T10:57:44.734-05:002016-04-18T10:57:44.734-05:00Aw, too bad it's just been an okay read for yo...Aw, too bad it's just been an okay read for you. I know a lot of people were looking forward to this. I wasn't looking forward to this too much, but I've thought about giving it a shot. However, I don't think too much flowery narrating would suit me. Thanks for the review! :)

Kim @ Divergent Gryffindor: BLOG || VLOGDivergent Gryffindorhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18411348768067712337noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5625112725976763704.post-63973734699749679862016-04-18T10:32:50.263-05:002016-04-18T10:32:50.263-05:00I'm currently reading this as the moment and c...I'm currently reading this as the moment and can't wait to get my review up! I actually thought the complete opposite. I didn't think the writing was flowery. If anything, I think it's beautiful and not too much. You're so right about the mythology aspect. I literally am so lost at where i"m currently reading at. I also think the story is a little bit boring now. You know how it started with this suspenseful event in the beginning and the mystery and suspense has died down as she has escaped with Amar.

Alex @ The Book's BuzzThe Book's Buzzhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00787038277680033672noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5625112725976763704.post-75601076923241103552016-04-18T09:34:48.200-05:002016-04-18T09:34:48.200-05:00Ugh, I hate it when books use words there's no...Ugh, I hate it when books use words there's no way I can understand without Google! If you're going to use a foreign language, at least include a glossary! I definitely think I'll still read this, but maybe I'll request the audiobook once it's available at the library! Maybe there will be one in finished copies?Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11439310901664701862noreply@blogger.com
