This week's teaser is: Top 10 Books You'd Be a Fool Not to Read
*in no particular order
10. NOCTURNE by Syrie James--think The Beauty and the Beast but if the Beast was a vampire! A completely beautiful story that had me swooning and dying for a sequel that never came to light.
9. THE VAMPIRE DIARIES: THE AWAKENING by L.J. Smith--one of the OG Vampire books! I found this series fairly early in my reading life and it was everything!
8. DEMON IN MY VIEW by Amelia Atwater-Rhodes--obviously going to recommend this one! My first vampire book and a fave! Though it is short in comparison to books today!

7. THE SCARLET VEIL by Shelby Mahurin--since I just finished binging this series I can say it was absolutely delightful!
6. POISON STUDY by Maria V. Snyder--the OG Romantasy player. Yes, if we're going to call this combo a genre and miscall it at that, then I'll throw this one in the mix!
5. ECHOES by Alice Reeds--I was obsessed with this book when it first came out in 2018! It was so mysterious, so strange and creepy and omg it was incredible!

4. BLOOD AND CHOCOLATE by Annette Curtis Klause--probably my first werewolf book I read and it was oh so amazing! If you ever saw the movie but didn't read the book, the two are NOTHING alike! All they got right were names and a teenage girl werewolf! This book was so awesome, it's got mystery and romance!
3. OBSIDIAN by Jennifer L. Armentrout--long before the FBAA obsession, it was all about the Lux books! This series was so freaking incredible! Not only was Katy a vlogger, but she loved books! Having a heroine who loves books and actively loves books in the book is just so surreal and wonderful!
2. ONCE UPON A BROKE HEART by Stephanie Garber--I mean obviously, I recommend this already! It's freaking amazing! Of course, it's best enjoyed after reading the Caraval trilogy but can still be loved if you start with this one!

1. CARAVAL by Stephanie Garber--and here we are! Of course! Lol. Legendary is definitely my favorite of the series but I feel like you have to read the trilogy in order to get a better grasp of the characters you meet in Legendary! But yes, I will forever recommend Stephanie's books! Come next year I will be adding her adult debut to this list!
