10. HOW TO HANG A WITCH by Adriana Mather--this one only just came onto my radar! It was really the sequel I stumbled upon and thought how have I not heard of this?! Was actually shocked that Amazon was selling books that are 8 and 7 years old at full cover price! I mean come on! I'll be hitting the HPB stores soon!
9. OUT OF THE ASHES by Kara Thomas--been wanting to try her adult thriller/mystery but haven't managed to get a copy of it yet! And now she has a second one out! Doh!
8. IF I STOPPED HAUNTING YOU by Colby Wilkens--this one just sounds insanely cute! I love a good paranormal rom-com! It's just nice to have a healthy paranormal storyline coupled with a cutesy romance. Yes, sometimes they are a little cheesy but I like the break from uber seriousness but still getting my paranormal fix!

7. A GUEST IN THE HOUSE by Emily Carroll--I loved her Through the Woods graphic novel I read some years back! It was creepy and weird and just awesome! So when I saw this one out last year I was immediately intrigued, but wow! Hardcover graphic novels are pricey! According to Goodreads, the paperback should release in July next year, so hopefully I can snag a copy then!
6. RISE OF THE MELODY by Wendy Higgins--this one sounded good! I can't remember why I didn't preorder it right away. Probably was trying to not buy books on a whim, but already having regrets!
5. THE SEPTEMBER HOUSE by Carissa Orlando--I love a good haunted house story and this one sounded spooky enough!

4. NOW COMES THE MIST by Julie C. Dao--this one sounded really good! I still want to read Kiersten White's Lucy book as well! I read Dracula ages ago but remember enjoying the original vampire story!
3. THE OFFICIAL WALT DISNEY QUOTE BOOK--if you know me, you know I love Disney! This book sounded like fun! Disney had so many great quotes that I found inspiring so I really need to track this one down!
2. BATMAN RESURRECTION by John Jackson Miller--I loooove Tim Burton's Batman movies! Michael Keaton is still my favorite Batman and I loved those movies! I don't know much about the comics, honestly I've seen so many different Batman movies and I swear all of them have someone different killing Bruce's parents and I'm just like whodunit then? Lol. Well, in this world, it was the Joker and that there's this sort of middle book between movies has me deeply curious about it. Definitely going to have to pick this one up soon too!

1. BIG BAD by Lily Anderson--naturally, I'm a Buffy nerd and I still haven't read this one! I think it sounds like a lot of fun! I'm stymied that for a 2022 book it's still not in paperback! Goodreads has one coming out in 2079 which is clearly one of those mean jokes, because come on! 57 years for a paperback release?
