Stacking the Shelves--The One With No Books

Stacking the Shelves is all about sharing the books you are adding to your shelves, may it be physical or virtual. This means you can include books you buy in physical store or online, books you borrow from friends or the library, review books, gifts, and of course ebooks! The meme is now hosted by Reading Reality.

What even was this week? Lol. Honestly this was one the most dull and uneventful weeks in a long time. What made it worse was that I didn't get any books either! That's a first! Seriously, when was the last time I didn't have any books to share with you all? I was at least having 1 book hauls. Well, this week I got bubkiss. Now I have a copy of a certain popular book preordered for next week, but I will be MIA and we all know how long it takes for me to get my books when I ordered them through B&N and they send them through that dreaded PO. So I probably won't even get that on time when I get my mail delivered after the MIA business. I am almost, ALMOST tempted to try to buy the pretty Target edition but then I see myself falling down that hole again of buying too many editions of the same book. I am seriously trying NOT to do that...unless it's certain authors, I've got at least 4 off the top of my head where I will still actively do this! Lol. And I know you all can guess at least 1 of them!

But anyway, I did get some bookish like goodies this week so I thought I would share them. Last month...ohh, last month I was very bad in being good to myself. Lol. I made several purchases at my favorite bookish merch shop Pages of the Night

Britnee makes the most adorable "dolls" from a certain toy brand where she combines different pieces and paints and adds extra touches to them to make book characters! They are MY FAVORITE! Yes, I've seen lots of Etsy shops do the same, but honestly, none of them compare to Britnee's talents! She also has other merch coming up in her shop lately, like art prints, t-shirts and sweatshirts, now she's adding cloche sets with dolls or without, depending on the fandom. She occasionally does cake boxes too! I've purchased two of those to date!

And before you ask, no I'm not a rep for her shop. I've tried entering the search for reps a few times, but never made it, but I still like to think of myself as an advocate for her shop! :)

Of the four different shop drop purchases I made, I received 3 of them this week and they are all GORGEOUS! I am now wanting a home of my own even more with a room that will be my Stephanie Garber collection! I have sooo many different items I've bought that express my love for her books and characters! I've got dolls galore from Britnee, I've got art prints, I've got framed maps, framed art prints, other sort of bookshelf decor items...it's insane! Once I find this magical home of my own I am going to put so much work into this room you guys! It's going to be my favorite room of the house!

I just need to find said house first. Realllllllllly hoping 2025 will be my year! I mean can you imagine that StS post?! I'm looking forward to it...thought it would be awhile until my library was up and running and my Caraval room!

Okay, now onto the goods:

First up...I forgot which drop this one came from, the one where she had a lot of snow globes that's for sure! This is Tella from Spectacular in the dress she wears at the very end! I remember asking Britnee if she would do one of Tella in this dress because it sounded gorgeous, I helped her scour the internet for the doll pieces looking for a dress that I thought looked like the image Rosie created. In the end, Britnee ended up finding this particular dress but it was absolutely perfect!!

Then these three were from 2 different drops! Tella in the middle is yet another Spectacular piece! This is the dress she wears when she goes "undercover" in her mission to find Legend the perfect Christmas gift!
Then the one on the left is Blythe from Wisteria! I had just finished reading Wisteria prior to this drop and I remembered I had a Signa doll and thought what the heck, let's get a Blythe one too as I adored Blythe!
Then the one on the right is another Caraval related one! I mentioned in Britnee's popup box for doll ideas to do a Gingerbread cookie version of Caraval characters! The particular "toy" company always had a few out at Christmastime of Disney and Marvel characters so I thought why not do this with book characters? Obviously the shapes that are out there might not work exactly as it would take more drawing than painting and adding props to it. So while it's harder to see that it's Legend exactly, I know that it's him since I requested it! Lol. So he's my Gingy Legend piece!

And finally, I bought one more fake cake box as it was also gingerbread designed and I have a weird gingerbread obsession at Christmastime! I think it was because I loved Gingy from Shrek so much! Lol. So I splurged and bought this box too from the same drop I bought the above Tella in!

And that was it for me this week! Nothing added to the TBR pile for once which was kind of nice, but also kind of sad as I had no books stacked up on my desk. It was kind of weird too. Lol.

What all did you get this week?
