I wrote 8 discussion posts this month! My personal best this year so far! Lol. Probably the best too as I don't know how much more I can possibly squeeze in a month! I'm currently sitting at 24/25 for my year end goal so I'm likely upping the number by a bit and see what happens! I never like to up the number too high too soon as I never know what might happen the rest of the year and I'd hate to fail a challenge just because I decided to overtax myself. Lol. Gotta keep it light and breezy, but most of all FUN!
CHALLENGE 2: Beat the Backlist Reading Challenge 2025

One Dark Window by Rachel Gillig (9/27/22)
Two Twisted Crowns by Rachel Gillig (10/17/23)

So I only read 4 "TBR" books this month, I snuck in a new release as it arrived on time for once and I was meeting the author that week, so I managed to get half of that read before the signing which was fun! Lol. I did re-read a new edition of an older book from my TBR, but as I felt like it was a re-read of a book I read, it didn't feel right adding it to this challenge. Plus it was more long novella length so it was right around 200 pages I think? So you could say it was more like 4.5 books here if you wanted since these books were like 400+ pages! Need to take that fantasy break for a bit here, already read one horror novel and am reading a paranormal read now, so it's a bit more relaxing! But I'll be ready for another one soon! Currently sitting at 18/20 TBR books so far, so I will likely be upping that one soon too! 2025 has been a good year for TBR books!
