Teaser Tuesday is a weekly feature hosted by Purple Princess of The Purple Booker.
Here are the rules:
1. Grab your current read
2. Open to a page
3. Pick out 2 lines that are SPOILER FREE
4. Name the title, author, etc.
I just started reading this one (on Friday as I write up this post!) and was taken away by this moment! Yes, it's super early on and I had another one lined up, but I loved this one too much!
"But the real beauty of what lay before her was that each and every one of the hundreds of bookshelves was packed full with book after book after book. Rows of old leather-bound volumes to brand-new hardbacks with pristine dust jackets.
All she wanted to do was pull them off the shelves just to smell them. Crack open those perfect spines and devour the contents. She wanted to live and breathe a different world. Something, anything, other than her own horrid reality." p 3

10. THE ROBIN ON THE OAK THRONE by K.A. Linde--since I will be just finishing the first book in time for the signing later this week, I figure I'll dive right into the second!
