Friday Hops

This blogger hop was created by Jennifer at Crazy for Books.

Here are the rules:
1. Enter your book blog link in the Linky List below (be sure to include how long you've been blogging and what genres you review!). If you post about the Hop on your blog, please link directly to your Hop post (don't forget to answer this week's question - see below!).
2. Visit other blogs in the Linky List! Make new friends! Follow new book bloggers! Talk about books! Rave about authors! (Please do not leave your link and not visit other blogs - it's just not cool and not in the spirit of the Hop!)
3. Post about the Hop on your blog! Spread the word about the book party! The more the merrier!
4. In your blog post, answer the following question (new question each week!):

Are you going to Book Expo America (BEA) and/or the Book Blogger Convention (BBC) this year?

MY ANSWER: Unfortunately no. I soooo want to go to BEA but NYC is too far away and at the time too much money, plus I'm not sure how comfortable I would be traveling to that big of a city. I really wanted to go to Romantic Times this year as well, but money is tight still and LA is just too far away as well! But I am planning on going to RT 2012! It's in Chicago, so it's closer, still will cost money, but I loved RT in 2010 and really want to go back again.

I might buy a day pass for Boucheron later this year in September since it is in St. Louis. I see at least 3 authors--including Charlaine Harris--will be there and 1 of them I have NEVER EVER met, so I do hope to do that for one day.

This week's question is: The Blogger Apocalypse made me a little emotional. What is the most emotional scene in a book that you have read lately?

MY ANSWER: Oh dude, I just finished Hard Bitten. And yeah, there's my answer right there! Won't go into details though.

  2. I'd love to go to BEA too! It's just way too much money to fly all the way across the country. :/ It sounds amazing! I can't wait to read about it on other blogs.

By the way, I tagged you in a little meme! Feel free to play along, or not! :) It's just for fun.
