Top Ten Tuesday is an original feature/weekly meme created at The Broke and the Bookish. This feature was created because we are particularly fond of lists here at The Broke and the Bookish. We'd love to share our lists with other bookish folks and would LOVE to see your top ten lists!

Each week we will post a new Top Ten list  that one of our bloggers here at The Broke and the Bookish will answer. Everyone is welcome to join. All we ask is that you link back to The Broke and the Bookish on your own Top Ten Tuesday post AND add your name to the Linky widget so that everyone can check out other bloggers lists! If you don't have a blog, just post your answers as a comment. Have fun with it! It's a fun way to get to know your fellow bloggers.

This week's topic is: 10 Wishes I'd Ask The Book Genie To Grant Me

*in no particular order

1. THE FINAL INTERTWINED BOOK--as you all know, I was in tears and still am over the cancellation of Gena Showalter's Intertwined series. This is something that I won't ever get over I'm afraid.
2. THE FINAL WATCHERS BOOK--this series was doing so well, I thought. Then we had a novella and then nothing!! I am too scared to ask Veronica what's going on. Because I think the lack of new book or novella is answer enough.
3. ANOTHER NEPHILIM RISING BOOK--yeah...I think Jennifer said that this is one she won't likely be returning to. For the foreseeable future at least. I think she just has too much on her palette that this one is being sent to the closet for awhile. Which is sad, because I adored it!

4. TO PAUSE/FREEZE TIME--so I can catch up on the TBR pile of course!
5. GO WITHOUT SLEEP & STILL BE A FUNCTIONG HUMAN BEING--goes with the first one a bit in that I want to dismantle my TBR pile and read all the time I can!

6. MARIANNE CURLEY--because I LOVED her books as a teen! To meet her would be a dream come true! I've already met Amelia Atwater-Rhodes, so I hope this one can happen too!
7. J.K. ROWLING--duh! LOL!
8. KADY CROSS--looove her books! And I came sooo close in 2012 when she was to attend RT, but she got sick and couldn't come. :( ONE DAY!!

9. HOGWARTS--duh! ;)

10. A LIBRARY OF MY VERY OWN--a place to shelve all my books! Belle's ought to be a good start! ;)

  1. Ooh, Helene sounds like a badass. Nice tease!

  2. ooh, she's indeed a badass, huh? That's a powerful MC!

    Here's my TT: http://between-my-lines.blogspot.com/2015/10/teaser-tuesday-6-robber-bridegroom.html

    Here's my TT - http://fuonlyknew.com/2015/10/20/teaser-tuesdays-133-flask-of-the-drunken-master/

  5. Good fr Helene! Thanks for visiting my blog!

  7. Sounds a bit violent. And dangerous! Here's my teaser: http://wp.me/p4DMf0-Yi

  8. I love these wishes. I want to stop time as well and visiting Hogwarts would be amazing!
    Cassi @ My Thoughts Literally

  9. Haha! I think we all want that library! I'd love to give Marianne Curley a hug, she's amazing. There are a few series I wish would continue but it doesn't look very for them. I like that wish. Great list!

    Michelle @ Michelle's Minions

    My TTT

  10. I totally get all of your wishes and share most of them! The own library is appearing on everyone's lists today so that is the most universal wish of the day but then again who wouldn't want a dedicated library if they are a total bookworm?

My TTT - Thea @ Gizzimomo's Book Shelf

  11. I love your list!! I would also love the power to pause time! There are just SO many books and not enough time! And I'm SO GLAD you're finally reading An Ember in the Ashes!! :D

    Here are my Top Ten!

  12. I keep seeing Belle's library and I can't believe I didn't think of it! I love the powers. We all need these. Love your list. Also, it would be awesome to meet up at YALLFest!

    Christina @ Books & Prejudice

  13. YES! The HP stuffs! And YES the Beauty and the Beast library!!!

  14. I love that everyone wants a library like Belle's. AND YESSSS to Jen returning to that series, it was a really good book.

Doris @ Owl Always Be Reading

  15. I wish there was an Unchained sequel too!!! I LOVED that book! at least Gena is putting out one last book in that series, just not currently. Have a great Tuesday!

  16. I liked An Ember in the Ashes but I need the next book now. My teaser this week comes from Nine Lives by Wendy Corsi Staub. Happy reading!

  17. Oooo, I sooo wish that I had the superpower of stopping/freezing time while I was reading books. I also wish I could skip sleeping to read books and still function as a normal human being too!!

Thank you for stopping by and leaving me a comment on my TTT post. Happy reading!!

  18. Helene sounds like a strong female character! I wonder what Marcus did to cause this reaction.
My Tuesday post features In His Arms.

  19. I would also like those powers! I am definitely feeling the need for them this month!

  20. Great wishes!
I would love to visit Hogwarts too and those two powers to aid in demolishing the TBR pile would be amazing!

  21. Great list! I've always wished that I didn't need to sleep so I could spend all that time reading! ANd of course Hogwarts!

    Lizzie @ http://www.bigbooksandgrandelattes.blogspot.com

  22. Oh I forgot to join Top Ten Tuesday. I'd wish for 4-5 too. I also want to meet JKR, go to Hogwarts and have my own library. My library will be open to anyone who would want to read but they can't take the books. Hehehe

As for the teaser, that's a good one. It makes it interesting.

    my TT

  23. Lots of people had Belle's library on their list - how funny!

Nicole @ Feed Your Fiction Addiction

  24. Ahh Belle's library... every bookish person's dream haha. But I totes agree with you on the Nephilim Rising series! I would love for her to continue that one because I loved it, but the good news is she has plenty of other books to keep us occupied lol BUT *sigh* I adored Julian.

  25. Well that's just a problem, isn't it. Great tease.
