Quckie Review--Shadow Touch by Erin Kellison

MAGIC
It is bleeding into our world, bringing with it banshees, wraiths, fae from the twisting forests of Twilight. But Elllie’s problem is a very different kind of phenomenon...

SHADOW
It ought to be attached to her; instead it has a life of its own. And her dark mirror image is a wild thing, willfully seducing the very man Ellie hoped could help.

SCIENCE
Cam has devoted his career to exploring the boundaries between this world and the Hereafter. But nothing could prepare him for the mischief and mayhem of a soul split in two.

SURRENDER
Who will give in first: the man struggling to unite two halves of one fascinating female' the shadow fighting for freedom to experience the thrill of every emotion; or the woman who is about to discover her own deepest desires?

Erin Kellison's Shadow Touch was another fun quick read! Have really been enjoying these e-books that are either prequels or "halfies". This is book 2.5 as it were, but I did read Shadowman prior to this one and everything was still okay since we looked at different characters once again.

While I liked this one, it didn't have the same faery tale feel to it. It wasn't as prevalent as it was in the previous novels, although it was still good.

Ellie has a Shadow that is separate from herself, her Shadow is kind of a pain and makes her life miserable. She goes to Segue in hopes that they could help her. But there are certain circumstances to the situation and getting rid of the Shadow will not be easy, especially since the Shadow has a mind of her own.

Shadow Touch was a quick read (had a busy weekend, hence why it took 2 days to read it!) that brings you back to the Kellison's world and introduces characters that haven't been main characters before. It was quite interesting! And it is currently on sale at Amazon for .99! What a deal! Click here or on the book title to go to the Amazon page!
