"When I got to the next intersection, I paused at the stop sign and heard that slight rumble behind me again. A quick backward glance behind me revealed a large pickup truck moving toward me with its lights off. As I stared, the truck pulled over to the curb and sat there idling again, as if the driver didn't want to pass me before seeing which direction I was going to take." Kindle loc. 28-29%*

Top Ten Tuesday is an original feature/weekly meme created at The Broke and the Bookish. This feature was created because we are particularly fond of lists here at The Broke and the Bookish. We'd love to share our lists with other bookish folks and would LOVE to see your top ten lists!

Each week we will post a new Top Ten list  that one of our bloggers here at The Broke and the Bookish will answer. Everyone is welcome to join. All we ask is that you link back to The Broke and the Bookish on your own Top Ten Tuesday post AND add your name to the Linky widget so that everyone can check out other bloggers lists! If you don't have a blog, just post your answers as a comment. Have fun with it! It's a fun way to get to know your fellow bloggers.

This week's topic is:  Top Ten Books On My Winter TBR

9. Salt & Stone by Victoria Scott--still haven't gotten my ARC yet and I was told they'd go out in November and November is almost over!! I'd hate to email the pubs again, but I think I might have to come next Monday!

10. Willowgrove by Kathleen Peacock--after reading her tweets from last week regarding this book...I need it EVEN MORE!!!! I loooove this trilogy and while sad to see it end, I MUST know WHAT HAPPENS!!!!!!
