Teaser Tuesday


Teaser Tuesday is a weekly blog post by MizB over at Should Be Reading.

My copy of Last Sacrifice still has not arrived which is really upsetting me, but the time did allow me to go ahead and start Maria V. Snyder's Outside In! She's one of my fave authors and her YA series is extremely different from her two adult trilogies and I enjoyed the first one very much! Expecting the sequel to be just as fab!

    Uh Oh. That doesn't sound promising at all. Fantastic teaser, I've heard good things about the first book in that series, can't wait to see what you think of this one!

    I like that teaser. I still have to read Inside Out though. I have two this week. My YA teaser comes from Fall for Anything by Courtney Summers and my adult teaser comes from Side Jobs by Jim Butcher. Happy reading!

    Here is my teaser from Out of Touch by Brandon Tietz (Page vii):

    I used to be the kind of guy that would have no problem reading Playboy or Hustler on an airplane, but that me in "the before," and nearly everything has changed since that time in my life a little over a year ago.

    This is not a coming of age story.

    If that's what you're wanting then I suggest you put this down and read something else: something with a happy ending. Like Penthouse.
