A rare treat, I only have 1 line this time!! Within the rule, yet still breaking it since it's not 2! ;)

Ooh, I want to read The Poison Princess, too. Great tease - sounds like the heroine might be snarky! ;)

It's been so long since I read the HP series that I forgot how emotional they really are. All these lists are bringing it back. Great list, and thanks for checking out mine!

Great teaser. I've heard lots of good things about Poison Princess and it's been on my TBR forever! Hope you're enjoying it. For the TTT list, HP? Check. Girl of Nightmares? I think I got teary eyed, but can't remember if I actually cried. Maybe a little bit. Loved it either way. And I haven't read Allegiant yet, but I hope to get to it really soon. Can't wait! :D :D Thanks for stopping by my blog. Happy Tuesday!
ReplyDeleteDangling eyeballs? Ick! I'm not sure if I'd like this book or not, but you sure chose an interesting teaser.

That's a great teaser - didn't exactly end the way I was expecting! And I love the cover - I need to go check the book out. I think it may already be on my way-too-long TBR.
ReplyDeleteAnd your list of books that made you cry had quite a few that would overlap with mine. I also cried like a baby in the last 3 Harry Potter Books because of - Sirius, Dumbledore, and Dobby (+ a ton more, but Dobby was the one the killed me).
Creepy teaser, Jessica! I haven't read Poison Princess yet, but goodness me, now I know I will soon.
ReplyDeleteLove the books you featured for your tear-jerkers!

ReplyDeleteI read Kresley Cole for the first time last month and enjoyed the three books I read by her.
ReplyDeleteI am such a big cry baby when it comes to books. LOL
I'm really mad at myself for forgetting to include Harry Potter! I cried a lot over a bunch of those. Allegiant was a killer too and gosh I forgot about Girl of Nightmares as well. Great picks!
ReplyDeleteTeresa @ Readers Live A Thousand Lives
Nice teaser. Here's mine.
ReplyDeleteI cried while reading that part in Harry Potter where Sirius Black dies.
Thanks for stopping by my TTT! Those Harry Potter books are definitely heartbreaking. So many wonderful/favorite characters gone! :'(
ReplyDeleteKeep seeing Allegiant this week :( I don't want to cry
ReplyDeleteOh, yes, totally cried in Harry Potter. I was sad in Allegiant, but I confess I did not cry. Nice teaser. I see this book all the time but have yet to read it.
