Something Cool & Disney!!!

Disney artist Andrew Tarusov, who's already given the princesses a new look, decided to take things to the next level!

What would some of the Disney classics look like if they were Tim Burton-ized? I saw this article on Yahoo and pretty much just enjoyed all the creepy awesome pictures!! So I decided to share them here as well! If you'd like to read the article in full, written by Kim Renfro, click here!

I like this one particularly! It's got that perfect Tim Burton creepiness! I mean, look how dark it is under the sea!! Though Ariel's bra looks a little awkward. Like the shells are morphed into her skin or something! LOL!

Positively perfect that Pride Rock is Jack's weird curly hill thing!

This one definitely has a creepy air to it! Guess because Aladdin and Jasmine's eyes are just so wide and staring like!

This one gave me Shining vibes! Must be the feel of a long hallway!!

Happy to see this one...and yet...it's so weird! But Tim is kinda weird himself. So it works! Lol. Though not caring for the "The" in front of "Beauty". That's not how Disney titled it really.

This has a decidedly creepy feel to it too! Must be the woods! And the little bat on Bambi's tail is a nice touch instead of the butterfly!

Dumbo! More eerie creepiness!

Pinocchio is downright creepy!! Think it's the no eyes thing!

This one was kinda funny in a Frankenstein way! LOL!

Makes you wonder what animal friends will be doing all the cleaning later on!

So which one is your favorite? I'm caught between The Little Mermaid and Beauty and the Beast!

  2. So cool! For the creepiness factor, Pinocchio definitely has that one in the bag. I really like the Beauty one.
