Random Thursday

Well we're offically halfway through the first chapter on Animals and Nature in Shane Carley's True Facts That Sound Like Bull$#*t! This book is turning out to be just as entertaining as my previous book of nonsense!

Up until a few hundred years ago, the ants on earth outweighed all of the humans on earth. Within the last 300 years or so, the human population exploded...and there's the fact that humans are getting heavier too.

Harsh, but true and really freaky that we were outweighed by ANTS!

Much like a human's fingerprint, zebras and tigers have a unique stripe pattern.

That's interesting!

There are more trees on earth than there are stars in the Milky Way! Astronomers estimate that there's around 200-400 billion stars in the Milk Way, but scientists say estimate that Earth has 3 trillion trees!

So there goes all those romantic notions comparing love and stars in the galaxy! LOL! If you really loved me, you'd love me more than the trees on Earth!

Did you know that coffee comes from cherries? Yup! The coffee bean is actually the pit and seed from a cherry!

And yet, I always loved cherry flavored candy, but still can't stand coffee. Puzzling...

The soil on Prince Edward Island located in Canada is a brick red color.

I guess that's interesting? I assume brick red is unusual for soil?
