Each week we will post a new Top Ten list that one of our bloggers here at The Broke and the Bookish will answer. Everyone is welcome to join. All we ask is that you link back to The Broke and the Bookish on your own Top Ten Tuesday post AND add your name to the Linky widget so that everyone can check out other bloggers lists! If you don't have a blog, just post your answers as a comment. Have fun with it! It's a fun way to get to know your fellow bloggers.

ReplyDeleteHi! I'm here for Teaser Tuesday. =)
What Metias says to June reminds me of what Gale says to Katniss at the start of The Hunger Games, although Metias certainly has a different view of killing from Gale's!
I totally forgot to add Beast's Castle! I just bought that book the other day and I'm dying to read it too! Love your list!!
ReplyDeleteHere's my Top Ten!
Great picks! I think Hogwarts will be on everyone's lists this week! If only it was real!

I love that teaser!
ReplyDeleteAnd I would love to go to Wonderland. Wouldn't stay long (you know...the whole going mad thing) but it'd be an awesome place to experience!
Amber Elise @Du Livre
Good Teaser. I've seen this book on several blogs and I'm intrigued.
ReplyDeleteMy Tuesday post features WAR BRIDES.
Good teaser, and an interesting list of places you'd like to visit. Mine: A Killer Crop
ReplyDeleteI would love to see Beasts castle!
ReplyDeleteLegend is on my TBR mountain. I really do plan to get to it someday. Let me know if I should move it up my stack. Happy reading!
ReplyDeleteThat Legend teaser sounds pretty intense. I never got that far in the series, so perhaps I'll have to go back and try again... Also, great picks for places to visit! There are so many I'd like to see!
ReplyDeleteHere are My Teasers.
Great teaser, Jessica! I've wanted to read Legend for so long, but I always overlook it. I definitely need to change this soon =) Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteMy TT
Seeing your inclusion of Doon just reminded me that there is a book based on Brigadoon! BRB... going to Goodreads! No but seriously, great list. I included Hogwarts and The Labrinth, Under the Sea, and Wonderland are great choices!
ReplyDeleteCassi @ My Thoughts Literally
I feel like such a schmuck - I haven't read any of these! They all look great though!
ReplyDeleteKristen @OCA
That's a nice sentiment but it sounds like she will eventually find herself in one of the two categories. This book is new to me. Thanks for the tease.
ReplyDeleteI love the teaser.
ReplyDeleteMine is from a young adult suspense novel:

YES - under the sea and Beauty & the Beast and Hogwarts for sure!! I would love to go into the Labyrinth, too. I loved the depiction in the movie, so I'm betting I would love it from the book as well.
ReplyDeleteThe Beast's castle is a neat choice. When we visited Disney World this summer we ate at the new Be Our Guest restaurant in Fantasyland. That one ties into Beauty and the Beast. I highly recommend it.
ReplyDeleteThanks for visiting The Book Connection.
The Beast's Castle!! What a great and unique pick, never would've thought of that! Excellent list!!
ReplyDelete-Lety @ Gone With The Words
Ohhh I definitely agree with Hogwarts and the library in the Beauty and the Beast! :)
ReplyDeleteI would hope I never would never fall under either category too! I have this series on my TBR; sadly, it's been on that pile for months! :(
ReplyDeleteI would so visit Beast's castle too! :D

Ooh, Great Teaser!! I LOVED LEGEND!!! It was one of my favorite books last year when I read! I really hope your enjoying it! Thanks for stopping by my TT @ Addicted Readers!!:)
ReplyDeleteHogwarts yes!!! Also, I seriously need to read The Beast Within! That sounds so good!
ReplyDeleteTeresa @ Readers Live A Thousand Lives
Great tease, Jessica. That's a series I've been wanting to start. And I love your Top 10 picks...especially The Hollows and Ireland!
ReplyDeleteAwesome teaser, Jessica! I want to read this book, too, Marie Lu has a certain skill that always makes me feel like I'm a part of the story she's telling.
ReplyDeleteI would love to go to Ireland, too, and next week, my oldest daughter is going there for a vacation with her BF. Lucky her, right? They will be staying smack in the middle of the Temple Bar District, so I've asked her to take some pictures so I can imagine Mac and Barrons running around saving the world :D
Lexxie @ (un)Conventional Bookviews
Great tease, Jessica. I hope you enjoyed Legend!
