Stacking the Shelves

This weekly meme is hosted by Tynga's Reviews.

Stacking The Shelves is all about the books we are adding to our shelves each week, sharing with you our excitement for our newest titles and maybe have you discover a new book in the process!

I had me a pretty decent week. Nothing extravagant but still really good! Here's what I ended up buying:

A Million Worlds With You by Claudia Gray--I can FINALLY finish the trilogy now!
The Haunted Mansion: Imagineering a Disney Classic by Jason Surrell--I broke down, I had a coupon plus a gift card and I just HAD TO HAVE IT!! And guess what?! The cover GLOWS in the dark!!! EEP!
Shades of Honor by Sandy Williams--I STILL need to read the first book, but I couldn't pass up owning the second one for .99!
Archangel's Heart by Nalini Singh--sooo behind in this series, but coupons people!! I get coupons and I have to use them!! It's a sickeness I tell you!

And finally, the creme de la creme...the epitome of my haul...the positively greatest addition ever to grace my bookshelves is...

THE NEW UK HARRY POTTER COLLECTION! I thought these covers were just sooo stunning and I thought I'd really like to own just 1 second beautiful set of this beloved series. So I sprung for the hardcovers because this series holds a LOT of memories for me!

Check out the details on the lovely box they came in! It's of Harry facing the dragon from Goblet of Fire! And that's Harry on the back end. I won't be keeping this set in the box for now, but I am sooo keeping the box! Once I get around to shelving them in their place of honor I will take another picture for you all to see!

And here are the lovelies in all their cover glory! Even better...these are those super smooth and sleek covers! I looooove petting those! LOL! They're sooo smooth!!!

And that was my haul this week! What did you all get?

  1. Omg that Harry Potter set is beautiful! I haven't been buying books lately (go me!), so I haven't added anything to my shelf except trades for a while.
