This is the last segment of Disney Facts Revealed: Answers to Fans' Curious Questions by Dave Smith that deals with animated features! Next chapter will look at animated shorts! Guessing running time is the only difference!

During the 1940s Walt was having financial problems due to the war, so he released a series of short films that were in featured packages. The Adventures of Ichabod and Mr. Toad was one of the last ones. Though it took 2 years to make, this set is actually one of the shorter of the sets.

Early concepts for a film based on The Snow Queen started as early as the 1930s, predating Snow White! The project was shelved until the 1990s when there was a number of different story ideas for the project for the next 10 years. In 2011, a script was approved and the work began!
