This week's question is: Today’s is the US’ Independence Day. Share your favorite book with a war in it, or an overthrow of the government.

MY ANSWER: Oh tough one! I can't remember if there were many battles or overthrowing of governments! Hmm...let's just go with Harry Potter and the Deathly Hollows! As that one had the war to end all wars! The final showdown!

It might be the easiest pick, but I can't think if my past reads had a big all out battle! I know there were some that were big enough for the characters and their worlds, but there are just soooooooooo many books I've read! Even with this time to think, I couldn't recall which ones had that kind of battle. So Harry it is! Plus this one just rocked!

  6. The Deathly Hollows was my least favorite book of the series, since it was so drawn out and the ending sucked, however I did absolutely love the battle at Hogwarts.

But HP is a good pick, of course, epic battles for the win :D

  20. The final showdown in the series really was worth the wait, and I actually love how she wasn't afraid to pack the punches and make this an actual war with losses of people that we loved. Excellent choice! Thank you so much for stopping by my FF. Old follower :D Jaclyn @ JC's Book Haven.
