This week's question is: What is the longest book you’ve read? What are your favorite 600+ page reads?

MY ANSWER: The longest book I've ever read was the full version of The Count of Monte Cristo!! That one's over 1000 pages! Haven't read it in years, but I did enjoy it a lot! The next is probably Harry Potter! I think it's the 5th book that was the longest out of the 7! And there are probably a few of the others that are over 600 pages! Those are my fave I guess, TCMC and Harry Potter! Also the Historian was another read I remember that was pretty long. It got lengthy at some points but was still really good! It was over 700 pages!

TGIF is a weekly feature created and hosted by GReads! that re-caps the week’s posts and has different question each week.

This week's question is: Bookish Trends: What are some bookish trends you are noticing in the literature world today? Is there a particular trend you'd like to see more of?

MY ANSWER: Hmm, for awhile paranormal reads were the ever popular thing! Vampires are still pretty hot right now. But in regards to YA books, I see dystopian books on the rise! I've read a few that have paranormal elements and I really like them! Really, I think it still all boils down to preference. I like paranormal reads, so I see a lot of paranormal reads out there. Dystopian isn't far behind though. Like with The Hunger Games coming out today.
But there isn't really a trend that I need to see more of. As long as there are nicely written and engaging paranormal reads, I'm a happy camper! Still working on my own paranormal reads, so if they fall from the shelves maybe mine can replace them someday! Wishful thinking!
