Mini Review--Fangs by Sarah Andersen

Vamp is three hundred years old, but in all that time she has never met her match. This all changes one night in a bar when she meets a charming werewolf. Fangs chronicles the humor, sweetness, and awkwardness of meeting someone perfectly suited to you but also vastly different.

So awhile back I saw Sarah Andersen's Fangs on Instagram and thought it looked liked a cute little read! I had seen some of Sarah's comics before and to have a short little comic that is essentially a love story between a vampire and werewolf had me all kinds of excited!

This is a supremely short and breezy read! I sat down and read it in a matter of minutes in between tasks and found it to be just a delightful little read! Through a series of comic frames we watch Elise the vampire and Jimmy the werewolf meet in a bar. It appeared to be a bar for supernaturals, so they pretty much knew the other wasn't human. What follows is a series of togetherness as they two grow closer and fall in love!

There really is not other plot line for the story other than that it's a love story! I guess that it is to be expected too give that it's a comic book kind of story. It's truly meant for the paranormal lover who enjoys a good light-hearted read! There were a few jokes and puns and plenty of lovey-dovey scenes. It's honestly just a cute little read that any paranormal fan would love who needs a break from the darkness but not leaving it entirely! Lol.

Overall Rating 5/5 stars
