In My Mailbox

In My Mailbox is a weekly blog post hosted by Kirsti over at The Story Siren and inspired by Alea at Pop Culture Junkie.

Well didn't get too much this week. Still have to find somewhere to buy books and save money since Target and Walmart don't always have the books I want since the authors aren't NYT bestsellers or something. Headed out today though to see about getting some more though!

Here's what I did get:

Silence by Becca Fitzpatrick*
*Got it on sale a week or so ago for 1/2 off at Amazon! Now it's back up to $10-something!! Love a deal!!

Sojourn by Jana Oliver

This was one from Jana's backlist that she wrote before the Demon Trapper series! Mystery and time travel--sounds awesome!!

    Nice mailbox. I'll be eager to hear what you think of both books. I had The Demon Trapper's Daughter on my TBR stack but just donated it unread to my HS Media Center. I never got around to reading it. Happy reading!

    Ahh I love a good deal, especially on a new book! I've got to go shopping with you sometime! I'm still waiting for my copy of Silence to come in the mail from Amazon. Unfortunately, I think I bought it when it was 10 something. Still super excited for it though. I'm overdue for a reunion with Patch <3

    Oops! Still a great deal on that books Jess! Mainly envious that American books are so much cheaper than Canadian books- seriously $10 versus $16-18? That is almost another book! ;)

    Finding someplace to buy books that doesn't break the bank is hard. That's why Half Price Books and Amazon are my go to places. We have hardly any independent booksellers in my area!

    I hadn't heard of Sojourn, it sounds pretty good though! I don't know if I'll read Silence, I didn't care for Crescendo, but I'm waiting to see a few reviews. Who knows, maybe I'll feel like I really need to ;)
