Top Ten Tuesday is an original feature/weekly meme created at The Broke and the Bookish. This feature was created because we are particularly fond of lists here at The Broke and the Bookish. We'd love to share our lists with other bookish folks and would LOVE to see your top ten lists!

Each week we will post a new Top Ten list  that one of our bloggers here at The Broke and the Bookish will answer. Everyone is welcome to join. All we ask is that you link back to The Broke and the Bookish on your own Top Ten Tuesday post AND add your name to the Linky widget so that everyone can check out other bloggers lists! If you don't have a blog, just post your answers as a comment. Have fun with it! It's a fun way to get to know your fellow bloggers.

This week's topic is: Top Ten Topics/Words That Will Make Me Instantly Want To Read A Book**

*in no particular order
**baring that it's a book within my genre and its description hooks me

10. GHOSTS
9. MAGIC
8. VAMPIRES
7. FAIRY TALE (RE-TOLD)
6. MYSTERY
5. HAUNTED
4. BEAUTY AND THE BEAST--be they retellings, inspirations, or any of that jazz! Yeah it's like number 7, but this is SOLELY Beauty & the Beast!! :D
3. SUPERNATURAL/PARANORMAL
2. DEAD--come on, this word usually leads to something intriguing!!
1. RACHEL VINCENT--going with an author for this one! I've LOVED every book Rachel has written!! She's one of my autobuy authors, so if her name's on the cover, I'm usually buying it!

  1. Why does weird things happen when Jessica is around? And is it weird to read a spooky book where the main character has your name?

Love the list! Take off dead, haunted, ghost and I could have written it.
