MY ANSWER: I guess it has to be the now almost stereotypical trope where we learn the villain is not so much the villain but the hero and who we thought was our hero is more the villain! That kind of eye-opening twist that changes everything! It's always like WHOA!! A left field kind of change but still oh so incredible!
