In My Mailbox

In My Mailbox is a weekly blog post hosted by Kirsti over at The Story Siren and inspired by Alea at Pop Culture Junkie.

Well it wasn't a really good week for books. While I didn't get a lot, I did get some AWESOME stuff!

Some things I got from Bouchercon that I am definitely gonna read are:

Murder in Vein by Sue Ann Jaffarian
Crimes by Moonlight edited by Charlaine Harris
Delta Blues edited by Carolyn Haines

With the anthologies, I might just read Charlaine's stories since she appears to be the only author I read from and that will be if I ever get around to finishing my TBR pile!!

And the creme de la creme of my mailbox:

Dearly, Departed by Lia Habel (ARC)

    Oh I hate cliff hangers at least when I have to wait like forever! Well then we know there will be a fourth book and that is fantastic! I love showalter´s books!!!
    and dearly departed sounds interesting! I am very curious about it.

    I'm SO excited for Dearly Departed! I LOVE LOVE LOVE that cover! I should be getting it next week (YAY, that was a happy dance when I heard that!).
    I haven't heard of the others but the anthology sounds good!

    Awesome you got Dearly Departed! It looks amazingly good! Murder in Vein looks like my type of book too.. have to check it out since I haven't heard of that one before! My mom reads Caroyln Hart and I've read a couple of her books, she writes more cozyish mysteries (from what I've read at least).
