This week's question is: It is up to you to do a Kickstarter campaign for your favorite book!!! Who are you casting for the main characters?
MY ANSWER: Oh crud mudgins! I hate this kind of question. I never picture particular actors to be cast as my favorite characters. My brain just doesn't function that way. I'm not even sure if certain actors could pull off some of my fave characters.
I much prefer newbies! Like the cast of Vampire Academy! They are all totally new to me and I love them already! I think from what I've seen of the teaser trailer that they will do good jobs! Will have to wait til February to find out of course.
In terms of Divergent, well, that's a little iffy. Not loving Tris actress a lot, but since I didn't watch the show on ABC Family, only through commercials, I don't totally know her, so she'll do. I LOVE Theo who's cast as Four! He was freaking awesome in the last Underworld movie, so we'll see how he does Four! Have high hopes for him! We have the same birthday too! Love that man!
So hawt!!
So in conclusion, I cannot in good sense choose actors to be cast as characters in one of my favorite books. I'd want a set of newbie actors entirely! As long as their appearances can fit the role and they act good. There will have to be auditions of course.
