Stacking the Shelves

This weekly meme is hosted by Tynga's Reviews.

Stacking The Shelves is all about the books we are adding to our shelves each week, sharing with you our excitement for our newest titles and maybe have you discover a new book in the process!

So I am still on my sort of book buying band since my friend needed Christmas ideas for me and we basically exchange books! And it was really really hard this week! I got a B&N coupon that I was dying to use on some new releases. But I refrained...on new releases, not old ones!

But I didn't come out empty handed this week either!

Last week I won a contest from Jessie Harrell and I received a SIGNED copy of her book, plus bookmarks and a button:

Destined by Jessie Harrell

I actually had this in my TBR Mountain prior to the contest but thought what the heck, and entered for a chance to win a SIGNED copy! Still need to read this bad boy though!!

Then for review from the publishers via Netgalley I got:

Deep Betrayal by Anne Greenwood Brown (ARC)

And I still have to read Lies Beneath but I already have that slotted as my next read so I am good to go!

And then dear ol' St. Nick stopped by this week as I mentioned in my Random Thursday post, besides the usual goodies: candy, ornaments, chapstick, a movie from childhood on DVD, a Tervis cup with a gingerbread man on it--for some reason at Xmas, I am obsessed with these guys, possibly due to Shrek since I loved Gingy!--and I got some bookish goodies too:

I apologize for this bad angle! This is so not how my picture uploaded to my computer, but for some reason blogger chose to upload it vertical instead of horizontal like it did with my first one! Hate technology...

Anyways I got a bigger version of the "Shh! I'm trying to read." bookmark! I have this in the standard size but decided the big one was cool too!

Then I saw these AWESOME bookmarks from Disney that are called "Pop!" because I guess the heads are so darn big! They have these as little collectors figurines and now they have like 15
bookmarks! I chose Belle--she was the LAST one--since she's the "reader" princess and I love her! And Tinker Bell because Tink is awesome!!

I may end up going back at another point and buying Maleficent and Ariel!

So that was my mailbox this week! What did you get?
