This week's question is: What have you learned from book blogging that you didn’t know before about the publishing industry?
MY ANSWER: Hmm...tough one. I guess the constant changes that can be made with books. Their covers, release dates, deciding to end series... The wonderful thing called ARCs!
I can't really think of much.

ARCS are great. I hope to go back to BEA next year. I loved all of the ARCs. Fortunately, I live in NJ so it is easy for me to go in each day.

I had forgotten about the release date changes, and recently I learned no to trust goodreads as much with release dates, they get it wrong every now and then.
ReplyDeleteLil Berry @ Forget About TV, Grab a Book
I learned most of what I know by publishing myself, but it was a steep learning curve, that's for sure. I'm still baffled by a lot of it to be honest, but getting out there and doing it yourself is one way to learn things in a hurry.

I didn't realize they would just change book covers for a trilogy or series in the middle of it before. That's not my favorite thing I've learned, lol.
