Stacking the Shelves

This weekly meme is hosted by Tynga's Reviews.

Stacking The Shelves is all about the books we are adding to our shelves each week, sharing with you our excitement for our newest titles and maybe have you discover a new book in the process!

April, so far, has been really good to me! Here's what I got this week:

Sea of Shadows by Kelley Armstrong--already read and reviewed here
Rebel Belle by Rachel Hawkins
A TOTALLY awesome new bookmark!

And then I received my Street Team package from C.C. Hunter:

 Reborn by C.C. Hunter (ARC)
Bookmarks, camera case, keychain flashlight, notepad & pen, and nail files!

Some Street Team goodness from Jordan Deen also came:

On my wrist are 4 rubber bracelets that have Jordan Deen and her website on them
SIGNED bookmarks
Postcards
Magnets and a button!

I also received for review:

Tiger's Promise by Colleen Houck (ARC)

THANK YOU EMILY from TRIDENT MEDIA GROUP!

And finally a nonbook item, but still bookish that I got is:

Yet another t-shirt from Shirt.Woot! Yes, I own wayyyy too many t-shirts! I even have a bag of them that I hope to turn into a quilt one day. Just haven't gotten around to it yet!

But let me explain why I felt suckered into buying this one! It says: Best Time Traveling Machine EVER! And as you can note the person is reading a book surrounded by a ton of books!

Now I bought this because, when I read, I get sucked into these other worlds! Sometimes they are like ours and other times not. And one uses a time machine to travel back in time. And in a sense, you could travel to another world...in another time. Or something like that! That's basically how I roped myself into buying it! You can use the machine to travel to other times and you can read books to travel to other worlds! And at only $12, it's hard to pass up! And that includes shipping and tax, or there's no tax really since it's $12!!

And then there was one more t-shirt that I had designed myself at CustomInk. Really, I saw it on another t-shirt, but I just didn't like its arrangement and the picture, so I created my own version:

It says, in case you can't read or see the pic for whatever reason: You can't buy happiness. (then there's a picture of a stack of books) But you can buy books and that's kind of the same thing. I plan to wear this on Saturday at RT this year. I always try to wear something bookish related and since the few author t-shirts I have are from authors not in attendance, I decided a new shirt was highly necessary.

Truer words have never been spoken! ;)

And yes, I now own wayyyy wayyyyyyy too many t-shirts!

And that was my haul this week! What did you get?
