Stacking the Shelves

Stacking The Shelves is all about the books we are adding to our shelves each week, sharing with you our excitement for our newest titles and maybe have you discover a new book in the process!


I had a pretty decent week! Granted, I am writing this up on a Saturday and I plan on hitting some bookstores tomorrow, so next week's STS might be more interesting! But I still got some goodies! Even read 2 of them, so only 2 go to the TBR mountain! YAY!


First for review from the publishers via Netgalley, I got:

 The Eternity Key by Bree Despain (ARC)

Then I bought:

Silver Shadows by Richelle Mead--already read, reviewed, and shelved!
Asylum by Madeline Roux--a $2 kindle deal (I caved!)


And then from the library--yup! I finally went to a library! Been years and I had to get a new card because my old one was not only expired but outdated! ;) --I got:

    Ooooo, I think I have a copy of Asylum also. I have to really be in the mood to read a book like that, and right now with all the stress in my life, I'm aiming toward the cute, sweet contemporaries instead. Maybe I'll get to it soon... especially if you read and absolutely love it. That may give me a little push. :) Enjoy your new reads!

    i heard great things about richelle mead's books but i have yet to pick up any of them. i do have bloodlines on my bookshelf but readers have told me to to read it until i the entire vampire academy series.

    I still haven't gotten around to reading Silver Shadows yet but the Commonwealth Games are over now so hopefully I will catch up. I hope you enjoy your new books :)

    I've been really thinking about reading the Buffy season 8+ graphic novels...I'm just not typically a fan of graphic novels. But I really really love Buffy, so IDK. Good job with your haul, let's see how you do at the book stores today ;)
